Customer will receive, on the second-full month invoice, a one-time credit for up to 2 months’ service charge for each Team package ordered. Rate is per seat/user, per month on a month-to-month or 1, 2 or 3-year term basis and service includes listed features, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calling, softphone app and one phone number. International calls (by country) and directory assistance calls are additional. Applicable taxes, fees and surcharges may include Federal Universal Service Recovery Fee, E911 service fee, compliance and administrative cost recovery fee, and state and local taxes. Credit approval and deposit may be required. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply. Service and offer not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 999 calls, if the Internet connection fails or becomes degraded, equipment fails, or customer doesn’t have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 999 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from your internet carrier.
