Offer and rates available for a limited time to qualifying business customers with new orders and exclude internet service charges, taxes, fees and surcharges. Calling and Call Center package rates require a 3-year term with 500+ users. Team package one-time credit for up to 2 months’ service charge will be issued on the second full month invoice.

Engage service includes listed features, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calling, softphone app and one phone number. International calls (by country) and directory assistance calls are additional. Applicable taxes, fees and surcharges apply to all services and may include Federal Universal Service Recovery Fee, E911 service fee, compliance and administrative cost recovery fee, and state and local taxes. Credit approval and deposit may be required. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply. Service and offer not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 911 calls, if the Internet connection fails or becomes degraded, equipment fails, or customer doesn’t have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 911 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from your internet carrier.
