As a Control Center system administrator, you can reset the two-factor authentication (2FA) for users in your organization. Typically, you reset a user's 2FA if they have trouble authenticating, need to reinstall their authentication app, or if they want to change devices used for authentication. Resetting 2FA means you don't have to remove 2FA and add 2FA again. Control Center two-factor authentication allow users to view and manage services such as Lumen® Adaptive Network Security, Lumen® Adaptive Threat Intelligence, Lumen® DDoS Hyper®, Lumen® DDoS Mitigation Service, Lumen® Encrypted Wavelength, and NG9-1-1.
