- After you find the account(s) you want to request a PDF copy of an invoice for, do one of the following:
- To request a PDF copy of a single invoice, click the icon in the Actions column on the row for the account.
- To request a PDF copy of multiple invoices, select the checkbox on the row for the accounts, then click Download PDFs.
Control Center submits your request. Depending on the type of account, Control Center starts a download for the PDF or requests the PDF for you. If the PDF isn't immediately available, Control Center emails you to let you know when it's ready for you to download (on the Downloads tab). Most PDFs are available for download within a few minutes. To view the status of your request and download the requested PDF, click VIEW INVOICES. (When the Status column shows Available for Download, click the icon in the Actions column for that row. To download multiple PDFs at once, select the checkbox on the rows for the PDFs, then click Download Reports.)
If you don't receive an email notifying you that your PDF request is ready to print, you probably need to update your contact information or you may need to change your notification settings. Once the PDF is ready, you can print a copy or download and save the invoice. Be sure to download and save all PDFs you want to keep. Control Center saves requested PDFs for 30 days and then deletes them.
