To request a PDF copy of a prior month's invoice, you first need to locate the invoice and then request the PDF copy. Control Center stores invoices for the previous 23 months (24 months total—including your current invoice).
To request a PDF copy of a prior invoice:
Control Center submits your request. When the PDF is ready for you Control Center emails you to let you know. If you don't receive an email notifying you that your PDF request is ready to print, you probably need to update your contact information or you may need to change your notification settings. (You can also track the status of your request in Control Center.) Once the PDF is ready, you can print a copy or download and save the invoice. Be sure to download and save all PDFs you want to keep. Control Center saves requested PDFs for 30 days and then deletes them.
