Viewing the status of a bill PDF

To view the status of a bill PDF:

  1. Click Billing, then click Invoice PDFs & Downloads
Billing > Invoice PDFs & Data Downloads
  1. When the Status column shows Available for Download, select the checkbox on that row.
  1. Click Download Selected.

Note: Save the documents you want to keep. Control Center keeps the PDFs you requested for 14 days and then deletes them.
