Deleting a trunk utilization report for SIP Trunking

To delete a trunk utilization report for SIP Trunking:

  1. Click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click SIP Trunk (Sonus).

  1. Click the Report Summary Log tile.

    Control Center shows the list of reports requested for your organization with a status for each:

    • NEW—Control Center is running the on‑demand report.)
    • SCHED—Control Center is running the recurring report.)
    • FAILED—Control Center wasn't able to create the report.)
    • COMPLETED—Control Center created the report and it's ready to be downloaded).
