Control Center opens the Network Visibility dashboard. On the map, Control Center shows locations with services needing your attention. Tiles show services with high utilization or critical issues, services that are down or have threshold warnings, as well as open tickets and scheduled maintenance for your services. Use the Map View, List View, Backbone Performance, and Summary Reports tabs above the tiles to toggle between views.
Click the Dynamic Capacity tile.
Control Center shows locations with threshold watches or warnings (if any).
Click the Services tab.
Click the link in the Service ID/SCID column.
Control Center lists existing, in-progress, and completed Dynamic Capacity events (if any).
Click Manage Dynamic Capacity.
Click the Create a utilization based Threshold Alert with Dynamic Capacity radio button.
Control Center shows utilization-based threshold alerts for the service.
In the section for the utilization-based threshold alert you want to delete, click REMOVE.
Control Center deletes the utilization-based threshold alert and will no longer trigger Dynamic Capacity for the service based on that threshold.
