Downloading a local service inventory report
In Control Center, you can access a list of local service inventory reports you've requested—either one-time (immediate) reports or scheduled reports you requested to run immediately. Once a report is in COMPLETED status, you can download it from Control Center. Once a report moves to COMPLETED status, you have 90 days to download it before Control Center deletes it.
To download a local service inventory report:
- Click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, click Local Service Inventory Reports, then click Download Reports.
Control Center shows all reports you've requested with a status for each. Reports showing COMPLETED status are available for you to download. Reports in NEW or IN_PROGRESS status are not yet ready. (You can check back later or click Refresh to see whether the status has changed.)
- On the row for the report you want to download, click the link in the Report Name column.
Control Center starts the download to your computer.
