In addition to network maps available on the Lumen website, you can also view more detailed information in Control Center. The network map shows network components, layers, and information about routes and locations.
Note: For security reasons, Control Center doesn't show lateral fiber, government fiber, government buildings, cable landing points, cable access points, poles, or ILAs on the route map.
Control Center shows the interactive Lumen network map.
Do any of the following:
To download a list of near-net and on-net buildings, click the NearNet and OnNet Locations link. (The list is updated monthly.)
To zoom in or out on the map, use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons (magnifying glass with plus or minus).
To change the zoom, click one of the zoom buttons: (full world), NA (North America), SA (South America), or EU (Europe).
To view the network map for a specific North American market, select an option from the Markets list.
To show or hide network components on the map, select (or clear) the checkboxes in the Show/Hide Map Layers section.
To view a specific address, click Find Address, type the address (using commas to separate address details—931 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202), click Find, then click the icon in the Action column next to the closest address.
To view a specific location based on longitude and latitude, click Lat/Long, type the coordinates, then click Find.
To view details for an object on the map (such as a route or location), click the Identify icon (), then click an object on the map.
To measure area, distance, or a location, do the following:
Click the Measure icon (two-ended arrow).
Click one the of the measurement tools: Area (area inside three or more points), Distance (distance along a path of two or more points), Location (longitude and latitude of a selected point).
Select a unit of measure from the list.
To measure a location, click a point on the map. To measure an area or distance, click points on the map and double-click the last point.
To clear map measurements, click the Clear Map icon ().
To reload the map, clear filters, and remove measurements, click the Reload Map icon ().
