Creating a connection between a Google location and an Oracle location

Note: You can only use a pairing key that hasn't been used before. Once you use a pairing key, you'll have to request a new one from Google.

To create a connection between a Google location and an Oracle location:

Dynamic Connections (showing list view)
Dynamic Connections (Create Connection)
  1. In the From Connection Type field, select Google.
  1. In the To Connection Type field, select Oracle.

  1. Fill in the information for the Oracle location:

    1. In the Oracle Cloud Identifier (OCID) field, type or copy and paste your OCID provided by Oracle.

Once you fill in the pairing key, Control Center retrieves connection information from Oracle and adds the Oracle termination location.

    2. In the Billing Method field, select whether you want hourly or monthly billing.

    3. In the Bandwidth field, select the bandwidth for the connection.

Control Center displays pricing for the bandwidth you selected.

    4. In the Class of Service field, select whether you want Basic, Enhanced, or Dedicated. (Higher classes of service offer higher availability SLAs and allow you to increase traffic prioritization for your EVC.)

    5. In the Connection Name field, type a name for the connection you're creating.

    6. Click Next.
  1. Review your connection information and then click the I agree with the terms and conditions checkbox. (To enable the checkbox, scroll to the bottom of the terms and conditions.)
