Using the 1+ Switched and Toll Free page in Control Center, you can create a bulk order for a toll-free terminations using a spreadsheet to avoid creating an order for terminations row by row. You can create a termination for a ring-to number or a switch/trunk group combination. (You can create only one termination per switch/trunk group combination.)
To create a bulk order for toll-free terminations:
Click Orders, click Other Ordering, then click 1+Switched & Toll Free.
From the Select Customer list, select the customer number you want to work with (if you have more than one customer number).
Click the menu icon (), click Toll Free, then click Create Term.
From the Svc Loc/Bill Acct list, select the billing account number you want to order the termination under. (If you only have one billing account number, Control Center automatically selects that billing account number for you.)
Click Download Template and save the bulk template to your computer.
Fill out the template with the terminations you want to add.
Click Bulk Upload, navigate to the file, then click Open.
