Adding a custom invoice report to your Lumen invoice

To add a custom invoice report to your Lumen service:

  1. Click Reports, click Billing Reports, then click Custom Invoices

  1. Select the checkbox next to the account you want a report for, then click Submit.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the type of report you'd like. (You can select more than one report.)
  1. For the reports that need additional information, select the option you want from the list, then type in the information in the field.
  1. Click Next.

  1. Review the reports you selected:

    • If they are correct, click Next.

    • If they are incorrect, click Previous and edit your selection.
