Exporting an ordered report in Bill Analyst

You can keep a report for future reference or share it with others by first exporting and then downloading it to your computer. To print a report, first export it, then open and print it from your desktop.

To export and download a report:

  1. Click Reports, click Billing Reports, then click Bill Analyst.

  1. Click OK.

    Control Center opens Bill Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Summary or Detail tab. In our example, we chose the Summary tab.

  1. Select the report you want, then click View Report.

  1. Click Export.

  1. Select the radio button next to the type of document you want, then click the radio button for the layout of the document, either Landscape or Portrait.
  1. Click Ok. 

    To print a report, first export it, and then open and print it from your desktop. If you order a report in PDF, the size and orientation of the page impacts what you'll see displayed. This is because the system must truncate the report to fit the space available. If you order a PDF-formatted report and some of the information you requested is missing, edit your report by deleting fields you do not need so the information you want appears on the page.
