Adding a description to a phone number in Bill Analyst

Note: You can also access Bill Analyst by clicking Billing > Invoices, clicking the down arrow for the account, and then clicking Bill Analyst (Invoice Mgmt).

To add a description to a phone number:

  1. Click Reports, click Billing Reports, then click Hosted Bill Analyst

  1. Click the icon on the right side of the row for the account you want to view. 
Click the Billed Analyst radio button, then click OK.
  1. Click the Billed Analyst radio button, then click OK.

  1. Click the Setup tab.

  1. In the Descriptions section, click Phone Numbers.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the number you want to assign a description to, then click Edit Descriptions.

  1. In the Description 1 field, type a description for the number. If you want another description, type it in the Description 2 field.
  1. Click Save.
