Adding a description to a service in Bill Analyst

Note: You can also access Bill Analyst by clicking Billing > Invoices, clicking the down arrow for the account, and then clicking Bill Analyst (Invoice Mgmt).

To add a description to a service:

  1. Click Reports, click Billing Reports, then click Hosted Bill Analyst

  1. Click the icon on the right side of the row for the account you want to view. 
Click the Billed Analyst radio button, then click OK.
  1. Click the Billed Analyst radio button, then click OK.

  1. Click the Setup tab.

  1. In the Hierarchies section, click Edit Levels.

  1. From the Display list, select Services.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the service you want to add a description for, click Edit Description.

  1. In the Description 1 field, type a description for the service. If you want another description, type it in the Description 2 field.
