Creating an 800 detail report in Usage Analyst

You can create a detail report in Usage Analyst to view all toll-free call data going back eight days, with the original ANI. To review data going back 45 days, with no original ANI, you'll want to run an 800 static report.

 

If you need to create a report for just one toll-free number, set up a filter.

Note: The data in these reports list call records and do not contain billing costs.

To create an 800 detail report:

  1. Click Reports, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst.

  1. Click OK.

    Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Detail tab.

  1. Click Add Report.

  1. Select the Start with a copy of an existing report radio button.
  1. From the list, select Call Details.

  1. Click Ok.
Edit Report
  1. In the Name field, type a name for the report.
  1. From the Default Filter list, select Component Group Code IW. 
  1. In the Columns section, move all items in the Include column to the Exclude columnn by first highlighting them (click shift and down arrow), then clicking <.
  1. Add items in the following order from the Exclude column to the Include column by highlighting each item and clicking >:

    • Dialed Number
    • Disconnect Date
    • ANI
    • Disconnect Time
    • Called Number
    • Final Trunk Group Member
    • Call Duration (hh:mm:ss)
    • Completion Codeas
  1. In the Sorting section, from the Sort 1 list, select Dialed Number.
  1. In the Sharing section, select the Share this report radio button. 
Edit Report
  1. Click Ok.

    The new report will be on the list.
