Creating an 800 static report in Usage Analyst

You can create a static report in Usage Analyst to view all toll-free call data going back 45 days, with no original ANI. To review data going back eight days, with original ANI, you'll want to create an 800 detail report.

 

If you need to create a report for just one toll-free number, set up a filter.

To create an 800 static report:

  1. Click Reports, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst

  1. Click OK.

    Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Summary tab.

  1. Click Add Report.

  1. Select the Start with a copy of an existing report radio button.
  1. From the list, select Daily Summary

  1. Click OK
Edit Report
  1. In the Name field, type a name for the report.
  1. From the Default Filter list, select Component Group Code IW
  1. In the Group section, from the Group list, select Dialed Number.
  1. In the Subgroup section, from the Subgroup list, select Date.
  1. In the Columns section, move all items in the Include column to the Exclude columnn by highlighting them (click shift and down arrow), then clicking <.
  1. Add items in the following order from the Exclude column to the Include column by highlighting each item, then clicking >:

    • Total Calls
    • Total Completed
    • Total Duration (hh:mm:ss)
    • Total Unanswered
    • Percentage Completed
    • Total Busy
    • Percentage Busy
  1. In the Sharing section, select the Share this report radio button. 
Edit Report
  1. Click Ok.

    Usage Analyst lists the new report with your other reports.
