Deleting a time period that segments call flow in Usage Analyst

To delete a time period that segments call flow:

  1. Click Reports, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst

  1. Click OK.

    Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Setup tab.

  1. In the Descriptions box, click Time Periods.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the time period(s) you want to delete, then click Remove Time Periods.

  1. Click Ok.
Remove Time Periods

Usage Analyst removes the time period(s) you selected.
