Deleting a time period that segments call flow

To delete a time period that segments call flow:

  1. Click Reports, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst

  1. Click the icon on the right side of the row for the account you want to view.

    Control Center opens Bill Analyst in a new tab.

  1. On the blue bar, click View: Bill Analyst, then click Usage Analyst.
