Searching for, sorting, and filtering your trouble tickets

To search for, filter, and sort your trouble tickets:

  1. Click Service Mgmt, then click Trouble Tickets.

    Control Center lists the tickets you've created in the last 30 days with a status for each ticket, the service ID the ticket is for, the type of ticket, the date the ticket was created, the date the ticket was last updated, and the next update for the ticket (if the ticket is still open).

  1. Use any or all of these tools to manage your trouble tickets:

    • adjust the date range of your search, from the past seven days to the past 12 months

    • filter the list of trouble tickets by status and type

    • use the Search box to find a specific trouble ticket

    • click the Grid Settings icon to choose the data columns you want to see in the list (or reset your view to the default setting)

    • export or print your search results
