Viewing network-maintenance events on a calendar

To view network-maintenance events on a calendar:

  1. Click Service Mgmt, then click Scheduled Maintenance.

    Control Center shows a calendar showing all current network maintenance events affecting your Lumen services for the current month.

  1. Do any of the following:

    • To change the time zone used for the events, click Select Timezone and choose one from the list. (By default, Control Center shows events based on the time zone preference you selected in your profile—your local time zone or Greenwich Mean Time.)

    • To change the month you're viewing, use the arrows on either side of the month and year.

    • To download the events for the month you're viewing, click the Download icon.

    • To view details for an event (start/end date and time, affected services, etc.), click the event.

To view network-maintenance events in a list:

  1. Click Service Mgmt, then click Scheduled Maintenance.

  1. Click the list icon ().

    Control Center lists the network-maintenance events related to your Lumen services.
