Your Lumen® SIP Trunking service is set up based on the route plans from your original order. Using Control Center, you can add a phone number to a SIP trunk service. If you no longer need a phone number, you can disconnect it. You can also update the phone number to assign a route plan, assign the phone number to a user, change the calling area, etc.
