You can request changes to a Lumen® Fiber+ Internet service using Control Center to request changes such as extending the contract term, upgrading bandwidth, adding more IP addresses, or switching from your own device to a Lumen-provided device. If you no longer need a service, you can create an order to disconnect it.
To change a Fiber+ Internet service:
