Viewing a list of managed services

Use Control Center to view a list of Lumen® Managed Services, which is organized by location. You can also view a list of all non-managed Lumen services for your organization.

To view a list of managed services:

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. In the Network, Security, and Communications box, click IQ Networking.

    Control Center shows all IQ Networking services on the enterprise ID.
  1. In the Search field, type MS-.

    Control Center filters the list of services to show all managed services.

  1. To view details for a service, click the hyperlink in the Service ID column.

  1. Do any of the following:

    • To view detailed information for a location, click the hyperlink in the Location Name column.

    • To customize the details of the location, click the hyperlink in the Location Name column, click the managed service ID hyperlink, click Edit Location Name, type the name, then click Done.

    • To see a detailed breakout of all your managed services, including: locations, account numbers, service IDs, solution types, and MS devices/equipment, click Solution Summary.
