The Edge Service Manager enables you to bring your own cloud (BYoC) to a centralized location to link and manage the cloud service. Currently, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure is available and supported for management from the Edge Service Manager. Check for updates for additional cloud providers.
Lumen Edge Orchestrator APIs are now available to all Edge Services customers using the Lumen API Marketplace under the Edge Services catalog. The Edge Services APIs allow you to directly call APIs from your own application instead of having to sign in to a Lumen system or front-end application to get information or complete actions. This enables a more efficient process for provisioning compute instances, monitoring logs, viewing statistics, and managing workloads.
Lumen will be adding additional APIs to the Edge Orchestrator API catalog in future releases to provide robust API functionality.
Note: To use Lumen support services for help with an Edge Orchestrator issue, have your BAN or service ID ready for the AWS or Azure service related to the issue you are experiencing in the Edge Service Manager.
