Lumen help
Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager to edit existing incident reports. The Edge Service Manager enables you to create, and view details of each incident. In addition, you can mute, unmute, close, and reopen monitoring incidents.
You can edit any of the incident parameters, including the following:
To edit a monitoring incident:

NAME |
Type a name for the incident. |
SUMMARY |
Type a short description of the incident. |
RESOLUTION |
Provide details on how you fixed the incident. |
STATUS |
Select Open or Closed from the dropdown. |
IN AVAILABILITY |
Select the checkbox and the start and end dates to limit the incident’s effect to a specific timeframe. |
SEVERITY |
Select Critical, Warning, or Info to display the severity of the incident. |
