Reopening a closed monitoring incident

Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager to reopen a closed monitoring incident report. You can also close a monitoring incident. Before reopening a monitoring incident, you can view other incidents and determine if they need to be edited, muted, or unmuted.

To reopen a closed monitoring incident:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Incidents.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the list of incidents.

  1. Use the search fields to filter incidents.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the list of incidents.
  1. In the list section, click the monitoring incident you want to work with.

  1. Click OPEN.
  1. In the confirmation window, click OK.

    The Edge Service Manager reopens the closed monitoring incident.
