Viewing details for a check

Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager to view details for checks created for your organization. The detail page allows you to mute and unmute a check to determind if it affects open incidents, edit details for an existing check, and delete a check you no longer need. The page also shows check statistics including chart statistics, the activity of the check, and the groups that contain the check. You can create a new check and view a list of checks already created.

To view details for a check:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Checks.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the checks created for your organization.

  1. Use the Search field to filter by check name or select the health status filter which includes the following options:

Condition

Description

All

All conditions.

Happy

Healthy.

Warning

May require you to act.

Sad

Error detected.

Muted

App monitor is removed from availability calculations.
  1. Click the name of the check you want to work with.

    The Edge Service Manager shows details for the check you selected.
