Lumen help
Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager to view details for monitoring groups created for your organization. The details show group statistics, checks organized within the group, and check run history. You can edit the information for a monitoring group, mute and unmute the monitoring group to determine how it affects open incidents, and delete the monitoring group if it is no longer needed. You can also view a list of monitoring groups or create a new monitoring group.
To view details for a monitoring group:
- Click Monitoring, then click Groups.
The Edge Service Manager shows the monitoring groups created for your organization.
- Click the name of the monitoring group you want to work with.
The Edge Service Manager shows details for the monitoring group you selected.
