Viewing monitoring contacts

Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager view to monitoring contacts required to configure user notifications. The Edge Service Manager requires monitoring contacts to build alert rules. You can also create, edit, and delete a monitoring contact.

The Edge Service Manager shows contact names, email addresses, and mobile numbers. 

To view monitoring contacts:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Contacts.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the list of contacts created for your organization.

  1. Use the search field to filter results.

    Edge Service Manager displays your monitoring contacts.
