Closing a monitoring incident

Use the Edge Services portal to close an existing monitoring incident report. If needed, you can reopen closed monitoring incidents. Before closing a monitoring incident, you can view the incident and determine if it needs to be edited, muted, or unmuted.

To close a monitoring incident:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Incidents.

  1. Use the search fields to filter incidents.

    The Edge Services portal shows a list of incidents.
  1. In the list section, click the desired monitoring incident.

  1. Click CLOSE.
  1. In the confirmation window, click OK.

    The Edge Services portal closes the monitoring incident.
