Use the Edge Services portal to view monitoring contacts required to configure user notifications. The Edge Services portal requires monitoring contacts to build alert rules. You can also create, edit, and delete a monitoring contact.
The Edge Services portal displays contact names, email addresses and mobile numbers.
To view monitoring contacts:
- Click Monitoring, then click Contacts.
The Edge Service Manager shows the list of contacts created for your organization.
- Use the search field to filter results.
