Adding a description to a service in Bill Analyst

To add a description to a service:

  1. From the main menu, select Billing > Invoice Management

  1. From the list of accounts, click the blue hyperlink for the account you want to work with.

  1. Click the Setup tab.

  1. In the Hierarchies section, click Edit Levels.

  1. From the Display list, select Services.

  1. Select the chekbox next to the service you want to add a description for, click Edit Description.

  1. In the Description 1 field, type a description for the service. If you want another description, type it in the Description 2 field.

  1. Click Save.
