If a user no longer needs access to an Origin Storage account, you can deactivate the user.
To deactivate a user on an Origin Storage account:
- Sign in to Media portal. (Get help resetting your password)
- From the main menu, select My Services > Storage.
- From the lists, select the access group and SCID (service component ID) you want to work with.
Media portal lists the Origin Storage accounts for the access group and SCID you selected.
- Click the account hyperlink (or the plus icon) for the account with the user you want to deactivate.
Media portal lists the details for the account you selected.
- In the User Logins section, click the Deactivate link next to the user you want to remove from the account.
- Click OK.
Media portal removes the user from the Origin Storage account.
- Click OK to close the confirmation window.
