Resetting the password for user on an Origin Storage account

To reset the password for user on an Origin Storage account:

  1. From the main menu, select My Services > Storage

  1. From the lists, select the access group and SCID (service component ID) you want to work with.

  1. Click the green acount link (or the  icon) for the account with the user whose password you want to reset.

  1. In the User Logins section, click the Reset link next to the user.
  1. Click OK.

    Media portal creates a new password for the user you selected. Be sure to copy the password so you can email it to the user.
  1. Click OK to close the confirmation window.
