Deleting a scheduled CDN usage report
If you no longer need a scheduled report, you can delete it. If you need to make changes to a scheduled report (such as changing the frequency or recipients), you can edit it rather than deleting and creating a new report.
To delete a scheduled CDN usage report:
- Sign in to Media portal. (Get help resetting your password)
- From the main menu, select Reports > Scheduled Reports.
Media portal lists the scheduled reports for your organization.
- Click the hyperlink in the Report Name column for the report you want to delete.
Media portal lists the details for the report (frequency, recipients, create date, update date, etc.).
- Click Delete Report.
- In the window that appears, click Yes.
Media portal deletes the scheduled report.
