Using Control Center, you can request many different types of reports for your Lumen Wholesale toll-free service. In addition to the variety of reports listed above, Control Center lists the reports you requested. You can also schedule reports to run on a regular basis.
In Control Center, you can use a trunk utilization report to get data and statistics for your Lumen toll-free numbers in near real time. Call record use data is broken out by daily, hourly, monthly, weekly, and busy hour.
Sometimes when you're running a billing report you'll get an error message that there's no data for the report (a no-data-found error) or that the report couldn't be sent to your SFTP site (an SFTP-delivery failure). These billing report errors are easy to troubleshoot and fix.
Use the PTAP summary reports (accessed from Control Center) to see metrics for a specific point in time. Data for summary reports is available in 5-minute, 15-minute, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly intervals.
You can order a telecom use report as a one-time download or on a recurring schedule. Use Usage Analyst to order the report, check its status, and set up a notification to alert you when the report is ready.
