Using Control Center, you can request many different types of reports for your Lumen Wholesale toll-free service. In addition to the variety of reports listed above, Control Center lists the reports you requested. You can also schedule reports to run on a regular basis.
In Control Center, you can use a trunk utilization report to get data and statistics for your Lumen toll-free numbers in near real time. Call record use data is broken out by daily, hourly, monthly, weekly, and busy hour.
You access the Security Solutions portal by signing in to Control Center with your two-factor authentication, then accessing the Security Solutions Analytics reports. The Security Solutions portal provides reporting for Lumen Adaptive Network Security and Adaptive Threat Intelligence.
Using Control Center, you can view a concurrent call path report for a Lumen Voice Complete trunk group. The report tells you how many concurrent call paths you can have and the pool utilization for the date range you select.
Using Control Center, you can download a coverage report for Lumen Voice Complete. The coverage report lists where Voice Complete service is available—which will help you submit orders to add service at additional locations.
Use the call success rate report to view a month-to-date view of the inbound and outbound calls for your Lumen Voice Complete service, along with the percentage of successful calls and the average call-handling time (ACHT) for each call. You can download the call success rate report (including all customer numbers within the date range) from Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can view a utilization report for trunk groups for Lumen Voice Complete. The report lists each of your Voice Complete trunks along with traffic utilization data. Select trunk groups (up to 3 at a time) to show a graph of the utilization over time.
Use the PTAP map filters (accessed from Control Center) to quickly sort your customer endpoints. You can also do a general search based on service type or more detailed by searching for a specific device.
Use the PTAP summary reports (accessed from Control Center) to see metrics for a specific point in time. Data for summary reports is available in 5-minute, 15-minute, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly intervals.
