To join a meeting, open a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer) and enter the host’s meeting URL. If your host sent you and invitation, click the Connect Me button or the meeting link. To learn more about joining a Lumen Workplace meeting, download the guest guide.
Follow the instructions in your welcome email to create your account password. Then, download and install the Lumen Workplace desktop app. The desktop app makes it easy to jump into your meeting room, manage recordings, and manage your profile. To learn more, download the user guide.
