Answering or declining a voice or video call

Using Business Communicator, you can answer or decline voice or video calls. You can use the main window’s active call area or the pop-up window to answer an incoming call.

Business Communicator automatically searches your contacts directory for incoming calls. If the caller’s phone number matches a record in your contacts directory, Business Communicator will display the caller’s name in addition to the phone number.

To answer a voice call, do one of the following:

  • In the main window’s active call area, click the green handset icon.

  • From the pop-up window, click Audio.

To decline a voice call, do one of the following:

  • From the main window, click the red phone icon.

  • From the pop-up window, click Decline.

To answer a video call, do one of the following:

  • In the main window’s active call area, click the green video icon.

  • From the pop-up window, click Video.

To decline a video call, do one of the following:

  • From the main window, click the red video icon.

  • From the pop-up window, click Decline.
