Moving a call from your mobile phone to Business Communicator
If you make a call using the Anywhere feature from your mobile phone, you can move the call to Business Communicator on your computer without interrupting the call. In order for the Anywhere feature to work, you need to set your mobile phone as your Anywhere phone.
Note: If the Anywhere feature is grayed out, you don’t have access to the feature. Contact your organization's administrator to access the feature.
To move an active call from your mobile phone to Business Communicator:
From Business Communicator’s menu at the top, click the Calls tab.
From the list, select Pull Call.
Continue your call from Business Communicator on your computer.
