Moving a call from your mobile phone to Business Communicator

Note: If the Anywhere feature is grayed out, you don’t have access to the feature. Contact your organization's administrator to access the feature.

To move an active call from your mobile phone to Business Communicator:

  1. From Business Communicator’s menu at the top, click the Calls tab.
  1. From the list, select Pull Call.
Calls > Do Not Distrub & Call Forwarding checked
  1. Continue your call from Business Communicator on your computer.
