Placing a call on hold and resuming a held call

If you need to locate someone or find information, place an active call on hold and resume the call using Business Communicator.

Place a call on hold

  1. To place a call on hold, do one of the following: 

    • From the main window active call area, click Hold (the || icon).

    • From the active call window, click Hold (the || icon).

Resume a held call

  1. To resume a call on hold, do one of the following: 

    • From the main window active call area, click Unhold (the || icon with a red line under it).

    • From the active call window, click Unhold (the || icon with a red line under it).
