Turning Call Forwarding on and off

Turn Call Forwarding on

To turn Call Forwarding on:

  1. From the main window’s menu on the left at the bottom, click Options (the gear icon).

    Business Communicator displays the last option menu opened.
  1. From the Options list, select Incoming Calls.

  1. Next to Call Forwarding, click the down arrow.

  1. Next to each call forwarding option do any of the following:

    • To forward all calls, select the Always checkbox, then in the Set number field, type the number you want to forward the calls to.

    • To forward calls that receive a busy signal, select the When Busy checkbox, then in the Set number field, type the number you want to forward the calls to.
  • To forward calls that are not answered, select the When No Answer checkbox, then in the Set number field, type the number you want to forward the calls to, and then from the Number of rings before forwarding list, select how many times you want the phone to ring before the call is forwarded.
  • To forward calls when your service is interrupted, such as during a power outage or natural disaster, select the When Not Reachable checkbox, then in the Set number field, type the number where you want to forward calls.

Turn Call Forwarding off

To turn Call Fowarding off:

  1. From the main window’s menu on the left at the bottom, click Options (the gear icon).

    Business Communicator displays the last option menu opened.
  1. From the Options list, select Incoming Calls.

  1. Next to Call Forwarding, click the down arrow.
Incoming Calls > Call Forwarding on (Always checked)
  1. To turn Call Forwarding off, from the next to Call Forwarding, select Off.
