Viewing the profile of a contact

Use Business Communicator’s search feature to look for a contact so you can view the profile. The search results include all users in contacts and the directory.

Type part or all of a contact’s first name, last name, or phone number. For example, if you type sa as your criteria, your search may return users with the name Sally or users with the last name Samuels. You can also search for contacts by area code or from previous search criteria.
