Blocking calls from anonymous callers

If you don't want calls ringing on your line if the caller doesn't provide caller ID, you can turn the Anonymous Call Rejection feature on.

Note: We suggest you keep this feature off. when it's on, you will block callers from calling you if they’re calling from a phone that doesn’t provide caller ID.

To turn Ananymous Call Rejection on:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.

  1. Click Services.

    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Anonymous Call Rejection.

  1. Select the On radio button.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.
