Turning Call Forwarding Busy on and off

By default, callers are directed to voicemail when your line is busy. You can turn on Call Forwarding Busy when you want your calls to ring to another phone number when you're on a call instead of going to your voicemail.

Turn Call Forwarding Busy on

To forward incoming calls to a different number when you're on the phone, you'll need to turn this feature on.

To turn Call Forwarding Busy on:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.

  1. Click Services.

    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Call Forwarding Busy.

  1. Select the On radio button.
  1. In the Calls Forward to field, type the number to forward calls to when your line is busy.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.

Turn Call Forwarding Busy off 

To stop forwarding incoming calls to a different number when you're on the phone, you'll need to turn this feature off.

To turn Call Forwarding Busy off:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.

  1. Click Services.
    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Call Forwarding Busy.
