Turning Call Waiting on and off

You can turn the Call Waiting feature on and off depending on your needs. With the feature turned on, you can put a call on hold and take a second call. If you turn the feature off, new calls will automatically go to your voicemail while you’re on a call.

Note: By default, call waiting is turned on. We recommend that you keep the feature turned on.
