Retrieving your LSR/CSR Online portal username or password
If you forget your LSR/CSR Online portal username or password, there are ways to retrieve them. If you forget your username, you can contact your organization's portal administrator. If you forget your password, you can retrieve it online.
Retrieving your password
To retrieve your password:
- Open a browser and go to tpp.level3.com/Login.aspx.
- In the box on the left side of the page, click Forgot your password?.
- Type your username and email address, answer the challenge question, then click Submit.
The LSR/CSR Online portal emails you a temporary password.

To retrieve your username, contact the administrator user for your organization. If you are the administrator user for your organization, contact us.
