In the LSR/CSR Online portal, you can request CSR information for the phone numbers of a customer you're porting away from Lumen (SPID 7343—formerly Global Crossing).
If you forget your LSR/CSR Online portal username or password, there are ways to retrieve them. If you forget your username, you can contact your organization's portal administrator. If you forget your password, you can retrieve it online.
If you don't have an LSR/CSR Online portal admin for your organization, you can register for access to the portal so you can port phone numbers from SPID 7343 (legacy Global Crossing).
To port phone numbers from SPID 7343 (legacy Global Crossing), you must first sign in to the LSR/CSR online portal. Once you sign in, you can create local service requests (LSRs) and requests for customer service records (CSRs).
At any time, you can change your LSR/CSR Online portal password to help ensure your user profile remains secure.
If your contact information changes, you can update your profile for the LSR/CSR Online portal. Updating your information ensures Lumen can contact you about the requests you've submitted online.

Use the LSR/CSR Online portal for porting from the legacy Global Crossing SPID: 7343. Lumen does not accept manual LSR or CSR requests for SPID 7343. You must submit all requests through the LSR/CSR Online portal.
Use the Lumen Port-Out Request tool to port out phone numbers from Level 3 Communications (SPIDs 7058, 7150, 8318, and 8824).
Use the Lumen Virtual Front Office tool to port out phone numbers from legacy TW telecom (SPIDs 7178, 7280, and 8994).
Use the Lumen LSR portal to port out phone numbers from legacy CenturyLink QCC and CenturyTel (SPIDs 7575 and 2896).
