Adding DDoS Essentials to Internet On‑Demand
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can add DDoS Essentials to your existing Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection for added security.
You can also update the bandwidth for your existing Internet On‑Demand connection. If you no longer need the connection, you can disconnect it.
To add DDoS Essentials:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
- Click Manage Service.

- Select Add DDoS Essentials from the action menu.
Lumen Connect shows DDoS Essentials information.
- Click Continue.
- Review the service details and pricing, then click Submit Order.
